We are ready to replace the product or take the product back only if the product is found defective which is received from . You can drop us an email at support@sambalpurifab.in or call us at regarding the defects and provide a digital photograph of defects for consideration within 24 hours of receiving the product. If the complaint is found genuine then the customer will be allowed to return the product. If you have opened the product, kindly fold it properly as received, or else we might reject to entertain its return.
