Shipping Policy
Sambalpuri Fab offers shipping at absolutely zero cost for all orders placed in India. We have tied up with multiple logistics partners who deliver the orders straight to the customer.
All the orders are processed for shipping in 24 hours or one working day. Generally, the shipment reaches to the customer within 7 days of placing an order.
We update the shipping status to the customer via auto-generated emails. Customers can also track their orders in the orders page on their Sambalpuri Fab account. Customers can also track their orders with details such as expected date of delivery and current status of the orders here by filling the AWB number present in the respective order details under the order page.
For international orders, shipping fee is calculated based on the customer's delivery address and weight of the package. Generally, international shipment reaches to the customers within 10-15 days of placing order.
